Totally Irrelevant “Reader” Comments and Questions

It’s been more than six months since I’ve shared some of the more interesting comments I’ve received that I have opted to not approve, and thus are not visible on the blog.

As you will notice, most, if not all, of these comments are either generated by some type of robot, or by someone not so familiar with the English language. No matter what the source is, it is obvious that the comments are complete nonsense, which is part of their appeal. So without further ado, here are some of my favorite spam comments that make absolutely no sense in relation to the blog post they are associated with:

In the long run, FSBO sellers tend not to “save” the commission rate. Rather, they struggle to earn the commission by means of doing the agent’s job. In doing this, they shell out their money and also time to carry out, as best they might, the jobs of an realtor. Those obligations include revealing the home through marketing, presenting the home to buyers, developing a sense of buyer desperation in order to induce an offer, organizing home inspections, handling qualification check ups with the mortgage lender, supervising repairs, and assisting the closing. “Élan vital” and Gravamen: New Words Wednesday
