An I Do Redo

Today we were lucky to be part of the celebration of the wedding of one of my nephews.

It was a wedding that had been postponed because of COVID, but the wait seemed well worth it.

It was a beautiful day in upstate New York, and with a lake in the background, the setting was picture-perfect for the wedding ceremony.

I’m also a fan of live music for the wedding, and I was not disappointed. Here’s a short clip of the band playing their signature song, Long Train Runnin’ by the Doobie Brothers:

Congratulations, Tim and Emily, I wish you a lifetime of love and laughter…

P.S. I did not come up with the “I Do Redo” phrase; that came from the wedding couple…

  2. So good to see people enjoying themselves again. Best wishes to Tim and Emily. I’ve been out of town but got back today. So I’m going back a few days to see what I missed.

  3. Aw congrats to the happy couple! I know so many couples that were hugely inconvenienced from having to reschedule and postpone weddings.. Felt bad for them but seeing this brings a smile to my face! Looks like a wonderful day for a wedding ๐Ÿ™‚
