I’m Kind of a Big Deal Now

Katy Perry.

Justin Bieber.

Taylor Swift.

Barack Obama.

Jim Borden.

What do all of the people listed above have in common?

We all have more than 1,000 followers on Twitter.

That’s more than the entire populations of Bird-in-Hand, PA and Smiley, TX – combined.

That’s more than the total number of students enrolled at the United States Coast Guard Academy.

That’s more people than can be squeezed into the Airbus A380, the world’s largest passenger airliner.

Between the five of us, we average 56.8 million followers.

Of the five people listed above, my Twitter account was the fastest growing during 2015, increasing the number of followers by 300% in less than one year. Of the other four people, none of them grew their follower list by more than 50% in 2015.

Now that I have a four-figure following in Twitter, I expect that the number of people who read my blog will also begin to explode.

So if you’re looking for somewhere to place an ad that will be seen by a dedicated and growing user base, look no further than jborden.com

Of course, there is no guarantee on what the return on such an investment might be…
