Hello from down under! I am in Sydney for the next two months, and so I anticipate that my blogging activity will be sporadic.
And for all you movie fans, all I can say is, “That’s not a knife. That’s a knife.”

Haha, that quote is “That’s not a knife – this is a knife”

So what happened to your professor job? Did you finally retire? Or are you on assignment as a secret agent for the CIA?

Have a great time with the Men At Work and enjoy a few tinnies while you’re there. Put another prawn on the barbie for me 🤣

This may be the opening that Cal Ripken needs to come out of retirement. There’s a rumor (Never mind that I read it on Facebook, where fact-checking is now a dirty word) that he wants his record back. 🤣

As a tennis geek, I would try and get to the Australian Open, which is taking place now.

Hi Carol. We loved Sydney. We’ve had the chance to spend the last two winters (our winter, Australia’s summer) in Sydney, and fell in love with everything about it. Hopefully we will get to go back again next winter; but this year, we are stuck at home, dealing with one of the coldest winters we’ve had in recent memory!
Not sure if we’ll make it all the way to WA – that’s a bit far from Sydney! 🙂

Yes it is a trek miles mean nothing to the Aussies..however distance is one of the reasons we haven’t ventured over to that side we still haven’t seen all of WA which is beautiful 😊

I don’t think I will get to WA. It sounds beautiful, but there are so many places I want to see that I’m afraid it’s not going to make the cut 🙂

That’s how we feel about WA so much more to see 🙂
