What Your Fingers Reveal About You

OK. I’ll admit it. I had a momentary lapse in judgment. When that crucial moment came for me to act, I was weak.

I had reached the end of reading a news article on my phone and when I got to the end there were several links for other articles to read. The vast majority of them appeared to be clickbait headlines, and usually, I manage to avoid clicking on them.

But today, I couldn’t control myself.

The following headline (along with the image, shown above) just jumped out at me.

Your fingers can tell you a lot about your personality. What kind of fingers do you have?

Really, how many of you, when you saw the image above, didn’t immediately check the relative size of your pointer finger vs. your ring finger? (Please, don’t let me be the only one who did that. I should also point out that this test only applies to men because the length of these fingers allegedly indicates the level of testosterone in men.)

So once I knew that my fingers matched up with letter B, I just had to find out what this meant for my personality, and so I clicked on the article.

Here is what the article revealed about me:

Men with these hands are very confident and can even be a little narcissistic. These people have no trouble being alone often and don’t like being disturbed. When it comes to love, they do not venture out there a lot. They’re not the ones to make the first move.

If I were to do some self-analysis, I’d say that the first sentence is not true, but the last three seem to be closer to the truth.

So who knows if it’s true, but the best thing about it, I got a blog post out of it…

P.S. If your fingers match up with A or C, and you want to see what that reveals about you, just click on this link.

  1. Now I’ll have to go and look up women’s fingers. Fortunately hands don’t have to be seen on line, mine are more Disney than Cruella DeVille. But mostly we don’t think about how our fingers are arranged – why are we not all the same?

  2. If you want to creep someone out, you can stare at their hands. If they ask, “What the hell are you doing?” I doubt they would find much comfort to learn that you are trying to determine their personality. 🤣🤣

  3. How can you not immediately look at your own hands? It’s like a trigger. I am an “A”, so I had to look up what that said about me. The first sentence was, “We’re talking about handsome men here.” That was enough for me to declare that the results of these predictions are balls on accurate. Thanks for the ego boost Jim!
