Once again, it was getting late, and I still had not thought of something to write about for today’s post.
Somehow, while searching the web for blog ideas, I came across the above cartoon, and it spoke the truth.
I have posted for 1,784 straight days, starting on January 1, 2015, so there are bound to be many blog posts where I had nothing to say, and today was one of those days.
When I came across the cartoon, I thought maybe I could write a post that shared comics and jokes about bloggers and blogging. Surprisingly, I did not find that many.
Below are the few I could find:
And I’ll close with a one-liner I found:
Sometimes I run out of blogging ideas. Thatโs when I go to the fabric store and find new material.
I’m here all week (actually I’m here every day)…
You came up with a terrific post for not having any ideas!

Reminds me of the pitch for Seinfeld: a sit com about nothing (trying to be SOMEthing).
Which can be really funny ๐

I love the last cartoon. I also love reading bloggers who write about nothing and the best comedies are often ones where nothing happens.

it worked for Seinfeld; maybe I’m not writing about nothing enough… ๐

Hereโs a two liner by Jack London that you might appreciate. As prolific as he was, he faced the same challenges, it would seem! โDonโt loaf and invite inspiration; light out after it with a club, and if you donโt get it you will nonetheless get something that looks remarkably like it.โ
